Most of our 51 hotel rooms have a balcony with views of Lake Thun and the Bernese Oberland mountain world. All rooms are accessible by lift and are equipped with telephone, radio and TV. Please note that all rooms and public spaces are non smoking.

Euro prices given have been calculated at an exchange rate of 1.52 and serve as a guideline only. Euro prices will be calculated at the current exchange rate on the day of invoicing.

Please advise us in writing as soon as possible should it be necessary to cancel your reservation. The following cancellation terms apply:

During high season
01.06.10 - 30.09.10

Up to 30 days before reserved date: no cancellation fee
From 29 - 0 days before reserved date: cancellation fee of 2 days per person

During low season
27.02.10 - 31.05.10
01.10.10 - 02.01.11

Up to 15 days before reserved date: no cancellation fee
From 14 - 0 days before reserved date: cancellation fee of 1 day per person

Cancellation of short bookings (1 - 2 days)
It will cost an arrangement fee of CHF 40.- per person.

Early departure
Early departures will be charged at 40 % of the remaining arrangement price.

We recommend that you take out a cancellation insurance with your reservation. This is only possible for reservations for at least 3 days. Cost: CHF 40.- per person.
Reasons to cancel your reservations: personal illness, accident or death of a family member.
